For those of us interested in social media, it's about finding a community of peers, making connections, learning from and supporting each other.
Social Media Breakfast | Ottawa wants to help you do this by bringing you interesting, entertaining and timely speakers along with lots of real networking time over our (mostly) monthly breakfasts.
What's the event format?
We'll keep the event to within 90 minutes, focusing on people meeting each other. This month, we have a guest speaker and interviewer to spark conversation and discussion.

Who's speaking?
The speaker for Breakfast 5 is Bryan Person. (Be sure to check out Bryan's pre-event video message, via MobaTalk, at the Social Media Breakfast blog)
Bryan Person is the Social Media Evangelist for LiveWorld, a company that builds and manages online communities for Fortune 1000 brands. In his role, Bryan explores the culture and latest trends in social media and advises companies on best practices for driving meaningful online conversations and building stronger relationships with and between their customers.
In 2007, Bryan also founded the Social Media Breakfast series as a venue where social media experts, enthusiasts and newcomers can gather together to eat, meet, share and learn. Originating in Boston, the breakfast program has since spread to other cities around the world including our very own in Ottawa, Canada.
Bryan blogs at BryanPerson.com and at LiveWorld.com. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and two children.
